Main Activities

Pre Purchase Type Surveys : On behalf of prospective Buyers and Charterers etc..
H&M and P&I Surveys : On behalf of Hull and Machinery Underwriters, Mutual Protection & Indemnity Clubs, Fixed Premium Clubs, Legal Representatives and other interests involved in marine transportation.
Dry / Liquid / Gas Cargo Surveys : Inspections to assess and ascertain the Quality and Quantity of Dry Cargoes and Liquid and Gas Cargoes, ensuring their compliance with the standard international requirements and safe practices of carriage.
Feasibility Study & Evaluatin of Ports : Feasibility study and evaluation for Port development and Port handling procedures, and, valuation of Port Equipment for insurance purposes.
Audit of Vessels & Companies : Inspections of vessels and Management Companies / Operators to assess and ascertain their compliance with the standard marine requirements and safe practices. Surveys and Inspections are carried out on behalf of the H&M Underwriters and the P&I Clubs.
Risk Assessment and Risk Management : Audits on behalf of Underwriters to assess the Risk Assessment & Management of Factories & Warehouses, and, Shipping Companies and their operating procedures. Ascertain ISM, MLC and ISPS compliance of the Fleet etc..
Maritime Arbitrators and Court Experts : In matters relating to marine claims concerning charter party disputes, cargo related matters, structural damages to vessels & shore facilities, and others.
